A very good place to visit. There are a lot of brands to choose from. The are plenty of seat where you can rest. We went there by bus from Kawasaki station. Travel time was around 45 minutes, with light traffic. The food court was big, but there were so many people eating when we ate there, so it was a little bit difficult to find a table.

Big outlet branded stores. Good walkways, restroom on every path. Clean, good atmosphere.

It gets crowded. You will have a hard time just entering the parking lot.
We recommend early admission.

The number is small, but it seems that you can rent at the North Gate and at the general information center. North Gate seems to be a 100 yen return system.
